Before Arcana was a product, it was a question we needed to answer.
How do we test a strategy before putting real money behind it?
Arcana began inside Enigma Agency, where decisions meant committing budgets, choosing a direction, and taking responsibility for what followed.
We needed a way to examine the thinking behind those choices. To question assumptions. To explore consequences. To understand what might happen before deciding what to do.
Arcana wasn’t originally meant to become a product. It became one because we kept needing it.
